Images intending to harass or spam, or promote for commercial profit. Images depicting any form or abuse or child pornogaphy. Images that are loaded automatically without user input. Link to the thumbnail and allow full size loading by clicking on the image. Images hosted soley for hotlinking, without a link to the full size image (eg. signatures or avatars). This constitutes bandwidth abuse and all such files are automatically removed. Please limit images and thumbnails linked to from a single page to a maximum of 75. This is to prevent abuse of the service and will also speed up load time for users on your site as well as prevent the loading of unncessary images. Repeated abuse may result in the immediate termination of the user's account and ability to use Image Upper.com. By using Image Upper.com, users agree to indemnify and exclude Image Upper.com harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of user's files or use of any other feature or service.
